Disclaimer:
I / we agree to abide by the safety rules of the club and not to hold the organizers or any of their authorized representatives or sponsors responsible for any accident / injury or even death from any of the flying models. I am fully responsible for my conduct as well as the conduct of the child with me (if applicable) on the field and will abide by all safety measures as laid down.
Fee Structure:

* Sr. No.1 and 2 above will have access to the shamiana, hanger and pit area.
* Every person accompanied by the flyer is subjected to a charge as specified in Sr. No.2.
* Visitors / spectators will not be allowed into the shamiana, hanger and pit area. There will be a designated space provided for them and their access will be limited only to that space.
* Payments once done will not be refunded.
* Photo identity proof will have to be presented during registration at the registration counter. Participants registering beforehand are requested to send a scan copy of photo identity proof along with the registration form.
* Ones entry in the event and to a particular area is as the sole discretion of the organizers of HFAA. HFAA deserves the right to allow or disallow any ones entry in the venue.

Once the payment is carried out, kindly inform on hfaa2012@gmail.com with relevant payment details. HFAA will then get back to you with a registration number which you will have to produce at the registration counter during the meet.
FLYING SITE SAFETY RULES

1. Deliberate flying behind the safety line is prohibited.
2. Each transmitter must display frequency identification.
3. Taxiing is not allowed in the pit area.
4. It is strongly recommended that members do not fly alone.
5. Children should not be permitted beyond the Visitors area unless under the direct supervision of an adult or under flight instruction.
6. The established club frequency control plan will be in force at all times.
7. Helicopter flights are allowed in designated areas only.
8. Models will fly only in pre-designated areas.

 
FLYING SITE OPERATIONAL RULES

1. Only pilots and assistants are allowed in the pit area.
2. Mufflers are required on all models.
3. Testing of engines is to be performed in specific designated areas.
4. Shelter may not be used as a pit area.
5. The Safety Code will be displayed when the field is open for flying.
6. Pilots shall make appropriate announcement when taking off, landing or emergency situations.
7. Compliance to these safety rules is the responsibility of each participant.
8. First aid kit is at the help desk.

Incase of Emergency or otherwise, HFAA reserves the right to suspend flying activities if deemed necessary. All participants are expected to comply.
